The only thing that is clear here, is that the creators of both of these famous works of art were students of art history. This is a classic pose, the imperial pose of Zeus or Jupiter. (I has also sometimes been referred to as the Socratic gesture) It is an ancient, artistic way to depict a figures divine right to rule.  One can find thousands of pieces of art that have the same pose. The fact that these two pieces of the art are in the same pose is irrelevant. 

Horatio Greenough, the european sculptor of the George Washington statue, desired to make a neo-classical (1840) masterpiece, in the european tradition. Being a true to his roots, he was inspired by one of the great wonders of the ancient world; the giant lost statue of Zeus that Phidias made for the temple at Olympia. It was poorly recieved by the american public, and is considered one of the worst in all of art history. Read all about it..

Now as for the drawing of Eliphas Levi’s “Witches God” (1860) , commonly called “Baphomet”… well, it was drawn to be a combination of many dieties, from various traditions. For the general body pose, Levi was inspired by “the Devil” medieval tarot card. This arm placement was adopted by the medieval artists of tarot cards in their depiction of “the Devil”.  During this time in art history, the catholic church imposed a strict code as to how saint, angel, demon and everything else was depicted in art and manuscripts. So in creating the figures, even secular artists were inspired by the prevailing styles of the time. Creating their own adaptations of figures seen in religious artwork.

This relates to Baphomet because during the dark & middle ages (1100-1400s), the old greek and roman gods were considered “pagan” and “evil” by the church. Zeus or Jupiter, being king of the gods, was now often seen as “king of the pagan gods”. Essentially making him “the devil”. So in the copying of the medieval tarot cards, Levi too, was using Zeus as an influence for his newly created Baphomet.  Read the history of Baphomet on wikipedia.

And that is why these 2 pieces of art have the same pose. The artists were both using ANCIENT symbolism to portray ruling figures and to suggest that their powers were divinely gained. It does not mean that the NWO/Illuminati/Freemasons/Reptillians are controlling the world governments. 

People only think crazy things because they are too lazy to do some research. Educating themselves on the things that happened in the world prior to their own existence, just never seems to occur them.

Women can be freemasons, and many are more regular than men of the Masculine diploma farms. Buying your way up in the degrees does not make you a freemason in your heart. While considered irregular by masculine orders, most of the lodges that admit women follow the ancient traditions of waiting, watching, learning and doing, to advance through the degrees.

Why does idea of women in freemasonry scare some men? 

As a woman and freemason. The idea behind the creation of the female appendant bodies for the masculine lodges, DISGUSTS ME. These organizations were created in essence to keep women busy and out of the way while the men were doing serious ritual work. Job’s Daughters especially. This is the worst kind of Christian brainwashing done to women to make them feel powerless and worth less than their male counter parts.
