Both the cops and the protesters are being peaceful and respectful. Even though I am a very far left leaning liberal, as a nieghborhood resident and business owner, I am very glad they are shutting down the enampment. It has really degraded into drugs, unsanitary conditions, and transients… It doesn’t have the same tone as the new york movement. Sorry for the unpopular opinion, but that is how I see it. Too much west coast hippy apathy, and no clear message or directon.
