    So apparently i am the only person on Pinterest that doesn’t have any food related boards nor do I even look at food related boards. I just don’t enjoy looking at pictures of food… and in reality, the majority of the stuff i do see, always looks so unhealthy that i feel like i may have a heart attack from just looking at the photos…

    when i was in college i took a semester of tap dance as a PE credit. When we moved into this house, i found both pair of my tap shoes, my footwork encyclopedia, and there is half a sheet of plywood laying in the backyard. Even though i wasn’t very good way back then, i am thinking of giving it a go again, you know, for fun. i think now that i am in considerably better shape and have a great deal more coordination that i may actually be able to execute many of the moves that gave me so much trouble back in the day. Maybe once the weather breaks in the fall and it isn’t consistently over 100 degrees, i’ll bust out my tap shoes.

    feeling tired, but good… just finished my entire yoga routine, Pilates core circuit, and used the medium resistance bands for my arm work. :)

    People often think that I am “naturally skinny” and that I don’t understand about weight struggles… But this is not the case. From the ages of 21- 25 gained about 50+ lbs, until I was my heaviest at about 170 lbs. In late 2004, after the first photo was taken, I began to exercise and pay more attention to what I eat. I have continued to do so since, and as you can see, my body looks entirely different. That is not to say that my weight doesn’t fluctuate some, but generally, I maintain between 110-125lbs.
